  • How much does delivery cost for UK customers?
    Next day delivery is free of charge for all UK customers.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and should arrive within two working days
  • When will you dispatch my order?
    We aim to dispatch out your order the next working day, excluding weekends. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
  • Who will deliver my order?
    Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, however we may use other couriers such as Evri, DPD or Parcel Force to deliver your order.
  • Will my order be tracked?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail, or the courier. Ensure to check your junk or spam folders as our emails can occassionaly end up in there. If you don't receive your order, please contact us for help.
  • My order has not arrvied?
    We are really sorry your order has not arrived. Please email us at info@maddisonavenue.co.uk and we will look into this for you.
  • Do you offer Click & Collect?
    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Click & Collect from our warehouse.

  • Can I return an item(s)?
    Yes of course. You have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item(s). The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please note that we cannot accept your return if there is any sign of use or wear of the product, or if original tags and hygiene stickers have been removed.
  • Are returns free?
    Yes, all returns are free of charge.
  • How do I return my item(s)?
    If you would like to return your order, please complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) in all original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept your return if there is any sign of use or wear of the product, or if original tags and hygiene stickers have been removed.
  • How long will my refund take?
    Please allow 1 – 3 working days to process a refund and your refund will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Can I exchange my item(s)?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like the item(s) in a different size and/or colour, you will need to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a refund of your original order.
  • I have received a faulty/wrong item(s)?
    Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please return the item(s) back to us and we will be happy to send a replacement or refund you.
